i want to go back and recorrect my RE paragraph. it discredits me to be so conspiracy theorish. they are resources because wood grows back, and even though not in our timescale the oil is from dead microbes that have reconstituted into hydrocarbons. note to self: anytime i am skeptical, don’t transcribe it, heresy!… if we just had to deal with ignorance, enlightenment would be easy, but we also have to deal with bad information, and discernment can be tricky, so let me not debase myself here.

now, let’s see…

i once held science to be the most high. then i read in a crowley book… or actually the more i think about it, the less certain i am of the source… that “science is study through experiment, while magick is the study through experiment with the inclusion of your bias”. it is well known we always find exactly what we are looking for, the human mind will justify murder if it has to, so it is important to recognize this and include yourself in the experiment if truth is ever expected. (and of course the mere fact you expect truth warps the whole thing, hence buddah non-attachment)

now this is happening.

i know a while ago you were evaluating nine inch nails. listen to “with teeth”. i only realized it’s value last night. with it’s release, reznor no longer needed contemporary drugs.

back to science. i am a disciple of nature, and that is what being hawai’ian truly means. dissecting the word, ha = breath, outward flow of life; wai = water, the surface we tread on; ‘i = to speak, incantation; a = acquired by; n = a sound that internalizes.

which the meaning of n was only unveiled to me yesterday. anandra, a young woman from kaua’i, came out of the abyss to teach a mantra class to my mom and i. we were talking about the vibrations of the different sounds and how in japanese, every consonant is attached to a vowel, but i remembered that only n violates this rule.

back to nature. i behave like the master of the temple, and this is why i’ve chosen nature over science, because everything that happens is god directly communicating with my soul. the placement of things on the desk, the delicious haupia cheesecake i am eating, the war in afganistan, these are all somehow messages for me from myself. some are easier to understand, but i am certain, if i yield to nature their meaning becomes much clearer.

and let me go into this a little bit more. there are two laws (which is not entirely true, because there is only one law, but as you will see, we need two to make one).
1. do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the law
2. love is the law, love under will
where do what thou wilt is impossible, much as nature is impossible, but yet it is. so the second law must be introduced to even grasp it, science (or in my case magick), which is synonymous with love. if we love within the bounds of will, or we preform science within nature, we will converge, much as your legos approximating the sphere, to nature, or what i call god.

do not mistake nature with paleolithism. that would be like the HAL saying, “i am the computer, there are no others before me”. the fetch-decode-execute cycle would be very disappointed in this.

returning to the matrix IS the path of the razor’s edge. remaining in ananda (bliss), is the other option, and i am glad we are together choosing to build from within. the rewards are incomparable, just think of all the experiences you have already received and the growth we’ve encountered.

i don’t think the present state of humanity is healthy. and what i am pursuing is incredibly advanced naturalists. this is a Jeffersonian idea. the basic premise that your primary job is feeding yourself and your family, this becomes more and more important as transportation costs rise and like previously mentioned, today commercial food is oil in disguise. now i know from experience, living in Hawai’i, that it only takes a few hours a day to have a HUGE abundance of food. (this may not be the case in other climates, so we have to think about what our earth can support. does it really make sense to have 7 billion people?). with my remaining daylight hours, imagine we lived within walking distance of each other, we could philosophisize and teach each other one of the most wonderful yoga practices. and if we were across the world, i am not for throwing out the internet, and i think resources could be wisely allocated to maintenance and improvement within sustainable (or better put, prosperous) bounds. today we give gigahertz computers to people to browse the web…. ummm??? i could do that with my old 66mhz apple 2. and again, i’m not against the advancement of technology, it all has it’s place, i just think that the air quality of china would be slightly better if we were more sensible.

one of the biggest problems today is that our currency has no relation to nature, and is based on future debt. so we print paper, and because we have this paper, we rape all the forests and rivers, and distribute the paper out to the people, but just at a rate slow enough that nobody realizes it isn’t real. the idea comes from fractional reserve lending, if i’m the bank and i have ten dollars, i can loan out an iou for ten dollars to ten people, then they can go out and trade these ious around for REAL goods and services, betting on the fact that all ten won’t come in at once and say “where’s my ten dollars”. so i’ve created a hundred dollars out of ten. which isn’t that sinister, except for the fact that a hundred dollars worth of nature was raped when in actuality only ten dollars should have been. of course this problem becomes dramatic when scaled up to trillions of dollars.

so that’s why i advocate people creating real value, which in it’s most primal form is growing food. i can’t loan out more kalo than i’ve grown, and i’ve found that what results is instead of having a scarcity consciousness of “hey, you owe me for this”, i’ve developed a “here, take some at no cost, i got so much, you NEED to take it”. imagine if everybody was just giving away wealth. talk about less stress.

farming becomes crazy when one tries to feed more than a family or two.

at our present state of advancement, i don’t really see the need for 3d entertainment. we have the ability to communicate instantaneously around the world, to share ideas and advance thought, without war or further environmental degradation. what we are missing today is the creative element of being one with the soul.

honestly, i don’t know what to do with our bloated population. there are very few capable of saving themselves in the wake of simultaneous environmental and economic collapse. the present day holocene extinction (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holocene_extinction) is incomprehensible to the many. let alone do they know how to deal with it: http://home.sevenstories.com/index.php/news/atwb-serial/atwb-serial-test/ (keep clicking next, this comic is hilarious)

my only hope is that they forget hawai’i and that i can build a better nation here from the rubble.

keauhou was a trip. ke = the; au = i; hou = new.

e komo mai.

before i even read what you have written. aloha ao ke akua.
